Helping organizations demonstrate open source value is a topic that is really important to me, so I’ve been blogging and giving presentations about it frequently over the past year.
I’ve been continuing to evolve and change the presentation a bit every time, but I was particularly proud of the version I just delivered at the Linux Foundation’s Open Source Summit EU Prague in October 2026. The Register even called it ‘the single talk with the most information’ in their article about the event!
If you want feedback or help with your open source strategy and how to demonstrate value for your organization, I’m available for consulting engagements.
