		<description>Heh, I think we know why they struggle. Enterprise is all about protecting IP, not sharing, so it's alien. It's a mindset change too.</description>

		<description>Very solid list. My big ones are: 1) don't moderate, it wastes time and kills that immediacy buzz that people want from sharing their opinions, 2) be yourself, personality and identity wise.
