		<description>I think this information is quite valuable, especially for those who are not in the trenches everyday dealing with the realities of social media.  It is easy to try to jump on the bandwagon so to speak...and attempt to create a social media platform and overlook many of the axioms that you are discovering...and then we get it wrong.  Your work is helping us to get it right and truly create communities where we are providing something of value versus an exercise in futility.  Thank you.</description>
