I absolutely agree. I&#039;m always adding feeds that look really promising only to realize that the one post leading me to add it was the only one relevant for me. It is all about finding the quality information while not getting bogged down in quantity.

The *quantity* sends people into information overload. Being able to focus on only the *quality* posts is what we have to do to avoid the overload.  It seems to be a never ending battle :-)</description>

As you&#039;ve noted, tools such as Yahoo pipes can help filter the flow.  Personally, I have issues where I&#039;ll find a new resource and subscribe, thinking &quot;hey this looks interesting&quot;, but when I look back a few months later I&#039;ll have found that the feed hasn&#039;t really provided much value.  The key is &lt;i&gt;quality&lt;/i&gt; information, not &lt;i&gt;quantity&lt;/i&gt; of information.</description>
