		<description>Hey, I dont even know how i got here!! Must have been something open source realted .. or maybe religion. Anyhow I'm also interested in the culture of open source. I'd like to look into the crystal ball and see how it plays out over the next few years. Hopefully the ideas of colaboration, co-operation and consultative leadership as is seem in successful open source projects will filter through to other (than software) fields.</description>
